Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ListPulse ("the service"). By using ListPulse, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.

What ListPulse does

ListPulse syncs your business information to online directories — Google Business Profile, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, Apple Business Connect, and Bing — and helps you manage customer leads and AI-assisted responses from one dashboard.

ListPulse is a tool, not a guarantee. We do not guarantee that your listings will rank higher, receive more reviews, or generate more customers. We push the data you provide to the platforms — what those platforms do with it is up to them.

Who can use ListPulse

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you're signing up for a business account, you confirm you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

You agree not to use ListPulse for anything illegal or that violates the rights of others.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You're also responsible for everything that happens under your account — including actions taken by employees, contractors, or others you give access to.

If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at support@listpulse.net.

Data you provide

You represent that all information you provide to ListPulse is accurate and that you have the right to share it. This includes the business data you submit for syncing to directories.

Do not upload or submit anything you don't have rights to. If we receive a valid takedown request regarding content you've submitted, we'll remove it and notify you.

AI-generated responses

ListPulse uses AI to help you respond to customer leads and messages. These responses are suggestions — you're responsible for reviewing and approving them before they go to your customers. We recommend reading every response before it leaves your inbox.

We may use your messages and feedback to improve our AI models, but only in a way that doesn't identify you or your business.

Multi-location accounts

If you manage multiple locations through one ListPulse account, all location data and user access is tied to that account. You're responsible for managing who on your team has access to what.

Fees and billing

ListPulse charges a subscription fee as described at signup. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

If payment fails, we may suspend your account after giving you notice and a reasonable chance to fix it.

Service availability

We aim to keep ListPulse running reliably, but we don't guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, push updates, or change features at any time. We'll give you reasonable notice when possible.

We are not liable for service interruptions, but we'll do our best to fix problems quickly.

Third-party platforms

ListPulse connects to Google, Meta, Nextdoor, Yelp, Apple, and Bing. We are not affiliated with any of these companies. They can change their APIs, requirements, or policies at any time — and when they do, we may need to update or limit our integration.

We are not responsible for what these platforms do with your data. Review their privacy policies and terms.

Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the business data you provide. We own the ListPulse software, brand, and generated content (including AI response templates). You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use these while you have an active subscription.

Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our source code.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time through the dashboard or by emailing support@listpulse.net. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or abuse the service.

Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention requirements.

Disclaimers

ListPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that specific results will occur.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of ListPulse — including lost revenue, lost customers, or data loss.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ListPulse, its operators, and affiliates from any claim or demand made by a third party arising from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of ListPulse after changes means you accept the new terms.
