About ListPulse

Our mission

ListPulse exists so small, multi-location businesses can keep every online listing accurate without spending hours each week on it. We help HVAC, plumbing, restaurant, and pet-care owners make sure that whenever a customer finds them on Google, Yelp, Apple Maps, Nextdoor, or Facebook, the hours, address, and phone number are right — automatically, every day, and across every platform.

Why we built this

We started ListPulse because we saw the same three problems hit the same kinds of businesses over and over:

• Listings drift every week. 83% of HVAC, plumbing, and restaurant businesses miss leads because their listings show wrong hours or address — and most of them don't find out until a customer complains.
• Keeping listings in sync is a full-time job. Signing into four or five platform dashboards, each with a different layout, to change a phone number or seasonal hours — that adds up to real hours every week.
• Existing tools report the problem but don't fix it. Most listing software tells you something is wrong. Few actually push the fix. We wanted the fix to happen, not just the alert.

What you can trust

A few concrete things we hold ourselves to:

• Five platforms, one source of truth. We sync your business information to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Nextdoor, Yelp, and Apple Business Connect — the directories your customers actually use.
• Encrypted in transit and at rest. Your business data is encrypted while it travels to our servers and again while it's stored. We never store your platform passwords — access is OAuth-only and revocable from your account at any time.
• No annual contracts. Month-to-month, cancel any time from your account settings — one click, no phone call, no cancellation fee.

• Tracking multiple locations. We work with businesses managing from one to many locations. A live count of how many businesses are currently usingListPulse will appear here once we can report it without overstating it.

Who's behind it

ListPulse was founded by a small team that has worked on local search and small business software for years. We are deliberately keeping the team small so we can ship fast and stay close to our customers.
